PRIYARANJANI FIBRES LIMITED is 33 years, old Public company, was acquired as a part of acquiring distressed assets from NCLT auctions for its infrastructure valuation. The whole transaction was completed with good margins to the company.

IT & ITES

We have already developed 2000 Seater in Hyderabad and handed over the same to TCS at Moulali, Hyderabad in Phase I, and are in the process of creating 1000 seater facility for IT & ITES Services in all 30 districts of Telangana under Skill Development Programme.
